Order and Shipping Related Questions


We process and ship orders Monday through Friday. Orders with standard shipping are usually fulfilled and shipped within 2-3 business days (M-F) of purchase, but time in transit may vary depending on the location. Orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered together may not be shipped on the same day. Occasionally, items may be out of stock or backordered. In the event of a backorder, we will provide an approximate date of shipment.
When your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking information. Additionally, you can go to “Order Status” to track your order with your tracking number.
Your order will arrive wrapped and sealed in a pouch to ensure they safely get to you.
The order can be cancelled or modified before it ships. However, once the order ships, we are unable to cancel or modify your orders. You can return your order after you receive it.
For the United States region, we are able to offer several shipping methods such as free standard shipping from USPS (3-7 business days), UPS standard shipping (3-7 business days) with extra $5 dollars, USPS overnight shipping with extra $25 dollars. For Canada region, we offer USPS and UPS shipping methods. Time in transit and shipping fee may vary, depending on the location.
Yes. Currently, our website offers shipping service for the United States and Canada. Shipping to other destinations is via USPS First Class Package International. Time in transit depends on country location but generally averages five to ten days. If you are not North American customers but still interested in our products, please email us at cupidstone@cupid-stone.com. We are glad to create a customized shipping for you. Please note we reserve the right to refuse shipment at our discretion.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return your item(s) to us with your valid proof of purchase. You are responsible for the shipping fee, and it varies, depending on the location. Once your return is processed you will be receiving a return shipping label via email, print the label and paste it on the returning item, and send your items back to us.
P.O. Boxes and Military APO/FPO/DPO addresses cannot receive guaranteed shipping. Our suggestion is to select standard shipping as a preferred ship method.
